Sammendrag
The thesis gives a short introduction to HRA and SPAR-H and continues by presenting SPAR-H's Performance Shaping Factors in more detail. This is followed by an evaluation of SPAR-H's PSFs relevance to software development. The recommended PSFs from the evaluation is then used as independent variables in an 2*2 factorial experiment which studies whether SPAR-H's PSF actually affects the performance of a software development scenario. The experiment concludes that both of the independent variables used in the experiment affects the results, but with remarks of low statistical power due to the small sample size of participants. Finally, the thesis conclude and shortly discusses further work.
