Optimalisering av anleggsmaskindrift og massehåndtering ved Norsk havteknologisenter

Abstract

I denne bacheloroppgaven som omhandler problemstillingene "Hvordan påvirker valget mellom å leie og eie anleggsmaskiner prosjektkostnadene og prosjektvirksomheten?'" og '"Hvordan vil internlagring og salg av sprengstein fungere ved Norsk havteknologisenter, og hvordan vil det påvirke kostnader og miljøet?'" har forfatterne samlet inn og bearbeidet informasjon og data. Dette er blitt gjort gjennom dokumentdeling på mail, samt samtaler og intervjuer med erfarne fagpersoner. Ut ifra dette har forfatterne funnet svar på sine problemstillinger. Det er konkludert med at hverken leie eller eie er et klart bedre valg enn alternativet. Det er derimot konkludert med at valget mellom leie og eie er komplekst og avhenger av en rekke faktorer som blant annet økonomi og miljøpåvirkning. I henhold til problemstillingen knyttet til internlagring, er det konkludert med at at det så absolutt er mulig med internlagring og videre salg av sprengsteinen ved Norsk havteknologisenter. Oppgaven har også resultert i oppdagelser av mulige løsninger på internlagring som kan gi store potensielle økonomiske og miljømessige gevinster. Dette gjelder ikke bare for Norsk havteknologisenter, men også for andre fremtidige prosjekter.

This bachelors degree adresses the following research questions: "How does the choice of either owning or renting construction cite machinery affect the project costs and the project operation?" and "How would internal storage and resale of blasted rock work at Ocean Space Centre, and how does this affect the project costs and the environment?". During the project writing the authors have collected and processed data and usefull information from several external sources. With this data and information, the authors have come to some appropriate conclusions. The first of which is that there are several prominent factors and variables which affects both the project costs and also the project operation. In accordance to the second research question, the group have come to the conclusion that it is very much possible to engage in internal storage and further sale of blasted rock at Ocean Space Centre. The task writing have also resulted in discoveries of possible soloutions which could solve the internal storage issue, and possibly lead to even bigger environmental and economic profits. This also applies to other projects, not just Ocean Space Centre.
