Økt arbeidslivsrelevans i høyere utdanning

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven har sett på hvordan studenter, bedrifter og utdanningsinstitusjoner kan kobles sammen i en tjeneste som fokuserer på å øke arbeidslivsrelevansen i høyere utdanning. Ved å anvende en brukersentrert og innovativ designtilnærming, har vi knyttet brukernes behov sammen med teknologiske muligheter for utvikling av en tjeneste. Arbeidet startet med en innsiktsfase for å sikre en grundig forståelse av hvilke behov og forventninger aktørene hadde overfor et samarbeid. Innsikten la grunnlaget for videre design av koblingstjenesten, gjennom bruk av designmetodikk. Løsningsforslaget styrker dagens samarbeid mellom aktørene gjennom å skape et nettverk som kan dekke dere primærbehov gjennom studentsamarbeid.

This bachelor's thesis has looked at how students, companies and educational institutions can be linked together in a service that focuses on increasing the relevance of working life in higher education. By applying a user-centred and innovative design approach, we have linked the users' needs together with technological possibilities for the development of a service. The work started with an insight phase to ensure a thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of the actors in relation to a collaboration. The insight laid the foundation for further design of the connection service, through the use of design methodology. The proposed solution strengthens the current cooperation between the actors by creating a network that can cover your primary needs through student cooperation.
