Abstract
Denne avhandlingen omhandler designet av 18 forskjellige differensielle invertererbaserte operative transkonduktansforsterkere basert på fire forskjellige OTA-arkitekturer. De to første skilles ved å ha PMOS og NMOS strømspeilslast. De to siste har i tillegg en omkobling med krysskobling på inngangslasten. Krysskoblingsfaktoren \mx = 5 er den som gir best resultat.
 
This thesis concerns the design of 18 different fully differential inverter-based operational transconductance amplifiers based on four different ota-architectures; the first two have the difference of using a PMOS or NMOS current mirror load, and the other two are in addition rewired with a cross-coupling input load. The cross-coupling factor \mx = 5 is the metric with the highest performance.
