dc.description.abstractEn kvinne i 40-årene som ble innlagt etter tre ukers sykehistorie med luftveisinfeksjon, utviklet alvorlig akutt lungesviktsyndrom. Nasofarynksprøver tatt dag 1 og 3 etter innleggelse var negative for sars-CoV-2-viruset, mens bronkoalveolær skylling var positiv. Vi antar dette skyldes at pasienten hadde sluttet å frigjøre virus i øvre luftveier grunnet lang tid fra symptomdebut til testing.en_US
