The purpose of the assignment is to answer the question: How can Instagram influence the buying behavior of Nelly.com's customers?
The thesis is based on the theory of planned behaviour by Icek Ajzen. This framework was used to form four hypotheses. The hypotheses were based on attitudes, subjective norm, Instagram and perceived behavioral control. We have set these hypotheses against intention, which acts as the dependent variable in this task.
To find answers to the problem and hypotheses, we have used primary data in the form of a survey. This survey contained basic questions about the respondent, as well as relevant questions that would answer whether we could reject or retain the hypotheses.
When data collection was complete, a data analysis was performed through SPSS. We conducted the analyzes descriptive statistics, cross tabulation and regression analysis. The results showed that Instagram does not affect the buying behavior of Nelly.com's customers, as we first thought.
