Hvordan påvirker bærekraftstiltak, design og pris utformingen på nybygg

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven tar utgangspunkt i nybygget på Haramsøy skole. Oppgaven belyser hvordan bærekraftstiltak, design og pris påvirker moderne bygninger. Teorigrunnlaget i oppgaven baserer seg i stor grad på byggtekniske forskrifter, standarder og eurokoder. Ved utarbeidelse av oppgaven har utvalgte bygningsdeler og materialer blitt undersøkt, vurdert, revidert og satt opp mot problemstillingen. Dette har blitt gjort ved bruk av digitale hjelpemidler, og samarbeid med entreprenør. Oppgaven benytter seg av beregninger og tegninger for å underbygde resultater og diskusjoner knyttet til tema.

This bachelor's thesis is based on the new building at Haramsøy School. The thesis highlights how sustainability measures, design, and cost affect modern buildings. The theoretical foundation of the thesis is largely based on building regulations, standards, and Eurocodes. In the preparation of the thesis, selected building components and materials have been examined, assessed, revised, and compared to the research question. This has been done using digital tools and in collaboration with the contractor. The thesis utilizes calculations and drawings to support results and discussions related to the topic.
