Abstract

Tittel: Digital lagring – dagens muligheter og utfordringer

Bakgrunn: Historisk har mennesker alltid ønsket å samle, arkivere og dele kunnskap.

Hensikt: Å bidra med empirisk innsikt slik at arkivfaget vil utvikle seg i en positiv retning.

Problemstilling: Hva er fordelene med å lagre informasjon digitalt i dagens samfunn? Hvordan har utviklingen vært, og hvilke utfordringer og muligheter står vi ovenfor i dag?

Metode: En litteraturstudie med kvalitativt design.

Resultat: Digitalisering er et viktig verktøy for å lagre, kategorisere og gjøre informasjon tilgjengelig for flest mulig mennesker i samfunnet.

Konklusjon: Dagens teknologi gir oss gode muligheter til å lage gode, digitale arkiv, men også utfordringer når teknologien utvikler seg.

Findings: Digitlaisation is an important tool for storage, categorising, and to make information available for as many people as possible in society.

Conclusion: Today's technology give us good opportunities to make good, digital archives, but also challenges as the technology delelops.
