Sikkerhetssituasjonen rundt North Sea Link: En case-studie av endringer over tid og påvirkende faktorer

Abstract

Dette er case-studie av sikkerhetssituasjonen rundt North Sea og de påvirkende faktorene som har ført til endringer over tid. Studien er basert på en tematisk dokumentanalyse av 5 dokumenter. Studien viser at det er vedvarende sårbarheter knyttet til sikkerhetstilstanden i virksomheter med graderte informasjons- og kommunikasjonssystemer, og at det grønne skiftet i Europa kan føre til økt press på infrastrukturen i området. I analysen viser jeg at sikkerhetssituasjonen har forverret seg siden det ble vedtatt å bygge North Sea Link, og at er behov for å utvikle strategier og anbefalinger for å håndtere disse sårbarhetene og forbedre energisikkerheten og påliteligheten til internasjonal strømminfrastruktur. Denne oppgaven vil være nyttig for alle som ønsker å lære mer om sikkerhetssituasjonen rundt North Sea Link og hvordan dette kan påvirke fremtiden i regionen.

This is a case study of the security situation surrounding the North Sea and the influencing factors that have led to changes over time. The study is based on a thematic document analysis of 5 documents. The study reveals persistent vulnerabilities related to the security state of organizations with classified information and communication systems, and that the green transition in Europe may exert increased pressure on the infrastructure in the area. The analysis indicates that the security situation has deteriorated since the decision to build the North Sea Link, highlighting the need to develop strategies and recommendations to address these vulnerabilities and enhance the energy security and reliability of international power infrastructure.
