Digital-communication and -security in volunteer organizations

Abstract

I dagens samfunn hvor mange systemer settes sammen i større systemer, og folk blir bare mer vant til den tekonolgien som til stadighet er tilstede i hverdagen. Vil det fortsette å være the samme utfordringene med personvern i godt etablerte organisasjoner og systemer til tross for utviklingen som skjer innenfor informasjonssystemer. Denne oppgaven undersøker personvernsutfordringen som kan oppstå i denne typen organisasjoner og vil analsyere hva som skjer ved endringer i organisasjonen. I dette tilfellet vil det omhandel endringer i hvordan håndteringen av personvern kan endre seg basert på endringer som å innføre frivillig arbeid som en egen del av organizasjonen. Og hvordan frivillige arbeidere håndterer personvern på tross av atderes arbeid hovedsaklig går ut på å drive orgnaisasjonen.

In todays society where more systems are conjoined, and people are getting more used to the tehcnology that is a part of day-to-day interactions. Are there still privacy issues in well establishet organizaitonns and systems that are appearing despite the development that are happening in the field of information systems. This thesis is adressing the organizational view on privacy related questions, and analysing the differneces that may appear only by changing the structure of the orgnaization from its general term, to the differences that may appear by simply changing the objective of the organization to perform volunteer work, and be reliant on workers that are performing tasks for the organization solely for the purpose of keeping the orgnaization going.
