Som et avsluttende ledd i vår 3 årlige yrkesfaglærer utdanning ved Norges teknisk-naturvitenskaplige universitet, NTNU, presenterer vi herved denne bachelor oppgaven. Under utarbeidelse av denne oppgaven har vi lagt vekt på å formidle vår kunnskap rundt temaet isolering og hvilke konsekvenser feil utførelse av isoleringsjobben vil medføre. Det er også lagt vekt på holdninger i byggebransjen og vi har forsket og reflektert rundt hvordan vi som yrkesfaglærere kan påvirke landets fremtidige yrkesfagarbeidere.
Bacheloroppgaven består av to deler som er delt opp i en yrkesfaglig del og en profesjonsfaglig del. Selv om oppgaven er delt inn i de nevnte deler har vi utarbeidet en problemstilling som vi mener omfavner begge delene. For å underbygge denne problemstillingen har vi valgt å stille ulike forskerspørsmål til de to ulike fag delene i oppgaven. Problemstillingen som vi har utarbeidet lyder som følger:
Hvordan oppnå god kvalitet i utførelsen av isolasjon i bolighus og hvordan organisere opplæring på vg1 som ivaretar denne kvaliteten?
Vi deler problemstillingen slik at første del omfavner yrkesfaglig del og den siste delen omfavner profesjonsfaglig del.
I yrkesfaglig del har vi delt vår kunnskap innenfor samarbeid, kommunikasjon, krav og forpliktelser som man må forholde seg til under ethvert prosjekt, og belyst viktigheten med dette. Vi har også delt våre erfaringer fra vår tid ute i bransjen. Disse har vært essensielt med tanke på valgt tema i oppgaven.
I profesjonsfaglig del har vi delt vår kompetanse innenfor planlegging, utføring, vurdering og dokumentering av et undervisningsopplegg som handler om temaene som vi presenterer i yrkesfaglig del. Temaene vi har valgt i profesjonsfaglig del er deduktiv og induktiv læring, tett koblet opp mot mesterlære og relasjonsbygging.
Under vår aksjonering har vi fått prøvd ut vårt undervisningopplegg og resultatene som vi oppnådde under aksjoneringen har vi tatt med oss inn i drøftings delene av oppgaven. Oppgaven har et drøftingskapittel i begge delene som bindes sammen i en konklusjon på slutten av bacheloroppgaven. | |

As the final step in our three-year vocational teacher education by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, NTNU, we would hereby like to present our bachelor thesis.
In this thesis we have chosen to emphasize our knowledge concerning the theme insulation and what the consequences incorrect execution of the insulation job will entail. We have also chosen to emphasize different attitudes within the construction industry, and we have researched and reflected upon how we as vocational teachers might have an effect on the future teachers in our career direction.
This bachelor thesis will consist of two main parts; one addressing the vocational sides of the thesis, and the other the professional sides. Even if divided into two parts, we are sure to have landed on an issue that are equally rooted in both parts. To substantiate the issue chosen, we have decided to ask different scientific questions to the two parts of the thesis. We have prepared the following issue:
How to gain best quality in the craft of insulating residential buildings, and how to organize education on the VG1 level, to reassure this quality is being secured?
In this thesis, we have chosen to divide the presentation of the issue into two parts; the first addressing the vocational aspects, and the other addressing the professional aspects. In presenting the vocational part, we have wanted to highlight the necessity of having knowledge regarding the capability to collaborate, to communicate, and to understand the different demands and commitment one has to relate to in any project. We have also in this part chosen to share our own first-hand experiences from our time working in the industry.
In part two, where we focus on the professional parts, we share our capability to plan, to perform, to value and to document a teaching scheme that addresses the topics we presented in the vocational part. The topic chosen in the professional part is regarding deductive and inductive learning, and this will be further linked up to the topic of master teaching and how to build a close and good relationship between student and teacher. During the progress in working on our bachelor thesis we were able to try out our teaching scheme during our internship. The results we achieved are being debated in the discussion chapters. We have chosen to have a discussion chapter in both two parts, the vocational and the professional part, in which these are linked together in a conclusion at the very end of the thesis. | |
