Rehabilitering av Rådhuset i Ålesund.

Abstract

Bakgrunn Gjennomføring av denne bacheloroppgaven gikk på bakgrunn av at vi skulle prosjektere og tegne førsteetasjen til Ålesund rådhus. Grunnlaget for denne oppgaven var at sammenslåing av kommuner i hele landet trådte til og sammenslåing gjordet det slik at kommuner måtte iverksette bærekraftige løsninger for at innbyggerne skulle få enklere løsninger i hverdagen. Dette var en prosess på rådhusets endringer i førsteesjen til et servicetorg.

Hensikt og problemstilling Gjennomføring av en slik oppgaven var motiverende, og kreativitet i oppgaven skiller seg ut fra dagens arbeidsomfanget i bygningen. Problemstilling søker etter gode og kreative løsninger innenfor HMS, brannsikkerhet, personsikkerhet og inneklima. En arbeidsstrategi som gir relativ godt grunnlag for hvert enkelt tema. I tillegg til dette er det utarbeidet noen forskningsspørsmål som presentere videre omfanget i oppgaven.

Teoretiskgrunnlag I denne delen av oppgaven presenteres relevant teori for temaene og problemstilling i valgt strategi. Problemstilling er bred og er fordelt på mange ulike omfattende temaer. Presentering av de viktigste temaene er gjort i henholdt etter resultatets beste.

Metode Kvalitativ forskning er brukt for prosjektets metodebruk og datainnsamlinger. Kvalitativ metode beskriver og fremviser resultater fra metodene og datainnsamlinger som gir innvirkning på oppgavens form og videre prosess. Videre vil utforming av oppgave gir et godt grunnlag for bruk av kreativ metode og leseren vil få innsikt og formening med forståelse av resultater.

Resultater Her vil det bli presentert mest sentrale og logiske resultater ut ifra forskning metoden som har blitt brukt tidligere i oppgaven. I hovedsak vil resultatene gir løsninger ved bygg og elementene innvendig i bygningen. Løsninger i resultatet blir presenter i form av visualiseringsprogrammer og animasjoner er fremstilt slik at det gir gode og meningsverdige løsninger til bygget.

Drøfting og konklusjon Drøfting og konklusjon gir grunnlaget for hvordan teori, metodevalg og hvilke virkninger resultatet kan påføre bygget som helhet. Teori, metode og resultater i oppgaven er gitt slik at det skal svare til problemstillingen. Prosessen i oppsummering gir forklaring på hvilke slutninger vi har tatt og hvordan problematikken i oppgaven er løst

Background Implementation of this bachelor thesis was based on the fact that we were to design and draw the ground floor of Ålesund town hall. The basis for this task was that merging municipalities throughout the country took place and merging made it so that municipalities had to implement sustainable solutions so that the inhabitants would have simpler solutions in everyday life. This was a process of the town hall's changes in the first floor to a service square.

Purpose and issue Completion of such a task was motivating, and creativity in the task differs from the current scope of work in the building. The problem seeks good and creative solutions within HMS, fire safety, personal safety and indoor climate. A working strategy that provides a relatively good basis for each individual topic. In addition to this, some research questions have been prepared that further present the scope of the thesis.

Theoretical basis In this part of the thesis, relevant theory for the topics and issues in the chosen strategy is presented. The issue is broad and is divided into many different comprehensive topics. Presentation of the most important topics is done according to the best results.

Method Qualitative research has been used for the project's method use and data collection. Qualitative method describes and presents results from the methods and data collections that have an impact on the thesis' form and further process. Furthermore, the design of the thesis will provide a good basis for the use of creative methods and the reader will gain insight and shaping with an understanding of results.

Results Here, the most central and logical results will be presented based on the research method that has been used earlier in the thesis. The results will mainly provide solutions for buildings and the elements inside the building. Solutions in the result are presented in the form of visualization programs and animations are presented so that it provides good and meaningful solutions to the building.

Discussion and conclusion Discussion and conclusion provide the basis for how theory, choice of method and what effects the result can have on the building as a whole. Theory, method and results in the thesis are given so that it corresponds to the problem. The process in summary provides an explanation of what conclusions we have taken and how the problems in the thesis have been solved
