| dc.description.abstract | Denne rapporten svarer på en prosjektoppgave gitt av Møre og Romsdals fylkeskommune. Oppgaven omfatter planlegging og detaljprosjektering av en firearmet rundkjøring på fylkesveg 60, i Sykkylven kommune. Det skal i tillegg prosjekteres en løsning for gang- og sykkelveg, samt en ny utforming for avkjørselen på Dalevegen.
Det legges i denne rapporten frem beskrivelser etter Statens vegvesen sine prosesskoder og fullstendig skiltplan. Det er tatt hensyn til dimensjonerende ÅDT og grunnforhold. Oppdatert ÅDT er beregnet med oppdaterte data. Ytre miljø har vært i fokus for å ivareta omgivelser og naturmangfold. Videre er det utarbeidet SHA for å sikre HMS på byggeplassen. Det er laget plan for trafikkavvikling for å sikre trygg ferdsel for normal trafikk, samt anleggsmaskiner som skal til og fra byggeplassen i byggeperioden.
Rundkjøringen er prosjektert for å øke sikkerhet og trafikkflyt sammenlignet med dagens kryssløsning. De tilgrensende sekundærveiene vil få en tryggere og enklere tilkomst til fv. 60, noe som vil kunne redusere antall krysningsulykker. Videre er det lagt til rette for at myke trafikanter trygt kan ferdes på tvers av fv. 60 og sekundærvegene uansett hvilken retning de kommer fra og deres videre ferdsel. Det er tatt særlige hensyn for å tilrettelegge trygg ferdsel til og fra småbåthavn og strandlinje som frekventeres av barn og unge.
Prosjekteringen har skjedd i samarbeid med fylkeskommunen. Det har blitt holdt jevnlige møter, hvor avvik som har blitt oppdaget under prosjektet har vært i fokus. Det konstateres i denne rapporten at gjeldende reguleringsplan ble utformet etter utdaterte krav som har blitt oppdatert i nyere utgaver av Statens vegvesens håndbøker. Det legges derfor frem løsninger for avvik mellom reguleringsplan og Statens vegvesens håndbøker. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This report serves as an answer to the project assignment presented by Møre og Romsdals county authority. The assignment consists of planning the construction of a roundabout, with four arms, at county road 60 in Sykkylven municipality. In addition, a path for pedestrians and bicycles must be planned, along with a new exit to Dalevegen.
In this report, descriptions in line with Statens vegsens process codes and sign plan is presented. The grounds conditions are taken into account, as well as the annual average daily traffic, in the project planning. The annual average daily traffic is calculated using recent data. The environment has been in focus to preserve the surroundings and the biodiversity. Health
and safety have been addressed to ensure a safe working culture at the site. Furthermore, a plan for directing traffic to ensure safe passage for daily traffic, as well as construction vehicles arriving and leaving the site, during the work period.
The roundabouts planning has emphasis on increasing safety and flow of traffic compared to the existing junction. The intersecting roads will have a safer and simpler access to the county road, which will lead to fewer accidents at the intersection. The new paths for cyclists and pedestrians will ensure safe passage across the county road and intersecting local roads, independently of their intended path. Special considerations are taken to provide safe passage to and from the local harbour and shoreline, as children and youth use these areas for recreational activities.
The planning has been done in cooperation with the county authority. During regular meetings, discrepancies have been discussed to find a viable solution. It is stated in this report that the current handbooks plan for regulation in the area was produces in accordance to outdated requirements. These requirements have since been updated in newer versions of Statens vegesens handbooks. The report presents solutions for these discrepancies. | |
