Sammendrag
The main objective of this master thesis was to implement a control system that could be used for control of the Linear Induction Motor used by Shift Hyperloop. Rotor flux oriented control was implemented very similarly to that used for a conventional rotating induction motor. The flux estimation technique chosen was the current model, which accurately estimated the rotor flux amplitude and position. The control system were designed for digital implementation using a task manager. The completed simulation model were simulated for three different levels of "corelessness" or leakage coefficients. It was found that the pos was able to reach a higher speed in a shorter amount of time with lower leakage coefficients and "corelessness". It was ultimately concluded that further and more accurate parameter estimation of the LIm must be done to accurately be able to simulate operation of the LIM.
