| dc.description.abstract | This thesis investigates Sophocles´ tragedy Oedipus Rex in light of modern concerns. Grounded in Gadamer´s theory of the re-actualization of litterary texts, the author argues that the tragedy can give important insights which might be useful in dealing with the ecologic crisis. | |
