dc.description.abstract | En oppgave om å designe en komponent i flere deler som kan produseres og monteres med internt utstyr for NTNUs Manulab (produksjonslaboratorium) er tildelt. For å fullføre det designet jeg et 3D-printet turbinhjul med turbinskovler festet gjennom en snap-fit-løsning. Rask prototyping ble brukt for å sikre at de 3D-printede komponentene kunne monteres før fullskala produksjon ble startet. Gjennom denne prosessen ble det funnet noen problemer med produksjonsutstyret som forhåpentligvis vil bli undersøkt mer på et senere tidspunkt. | |
dc.description.abstract | A task to design a multi piece component manufacturable and mountable with in house equipment for NTNU’s Manulab (manufacturing laboratory) has been assigned. To complete it I designed a fully 3D-printed turbine wheel with turbine buckets fastened trough a snap-fit solution. Rapid prototyping was made use of to make sure that the 3D-printed components would be mountable before full scale printing was commenced, trough this process a few problems were found with the manufacturing equipment that will hopefully be looked into more at a later date. | |
