Abstract

Denne oppgaven tar for seg regissørens refleksjoner rundt demokratisk ledelse i autobiografisk, gruppbasert teater, med utgangspunkt i det kunstneriske prosjekte 100 ting jeg må gjøre før jeg blir 25. Oppgaven starter med en innledning der det gjøres rede for bakgrunnen for prosjektet og oppgaven, samt regissørens know-how og oppgavens struktur.

Oppgaven fortsetter med et metodekapittel. Dette for å forklare hvilken forskningskontekst denne oppgaven faller inn under og hvorfor dette har betydning for prosessen.

Deretter kommer en beskrivelse av de teoretiske perspektivene som har vært viktig for prosessen både i DRA3191 og i DRA3192. Det gjøres rede for oppgavens teoretiske grunnlag, med hovedfokus på devisingteori og autobiografisk materiale.

Analysen tar for seg regissørens refleksjoner rundt problemstillingene Hva skjer med deltakerne, spesielt aktøren, når det private blir performativt og hvordan leder man en slik prosess? og Hva kreves av kompetanse fra individet i en gruppebasert produksjonsplattform og hvordan kan en leder legge til rette for dette?. Etter de to analysepunktene er det en felles sluttdrøfting der sentrale funn presenteres og det reflekteres kort over disse. Helt til slutt kommer oppsummering av det praktiske prosjektet, i tillegg til forskningsprosjektet.

This thesis deals with the directors reflection around democratic leadership in autobiographical, group-based theatre, focused around the artistic project 100 things I need to do before I turn 25. The thesis starts with an introduction where the background of the project and thesis is explained, as well as the directors know-how and the structure of the thesis.

The thesis continues with a chapter on method. This is to explain the research context the thesis falls under and why this has mattered to the process.

A description of the theoretic perspectives that has been essential to the process in DRA3191 and DRA3192 follows. The thesis’ theoretic fundament, with a focus on devising and autobiographical material, is explained.

The analysis focuses on the directors reflection around the issues What happens to the participants, especially the actor, when the private becomes performative and how do you lead this kind of process? and What is the skills requirement from the individual in a group-based production platform and how is the leader to facilitate this?.

After this a joined discussion over the two issues follows, where central findings are presented and reflected upon. Finally, a summary of the practical project as well as the research project follows.
