Multicloud-implementasjon med IT infrastruktur i Azure og Google Cloud

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven er skrevet i samarbeid med ATEA ASA i Trondheim, hvor vi fokuserer på mulighetene med “Multicloud”. Oppgaven er å etablere en IT infrastruktur i Microsoft Azure og hente én eller flere tjenester fra Google Cloud Platform. Bakgrunnen for prosjektet er at den fiktive bedriften “Stålull & Sild” besluttet å utfase all IT infrastruktur, drift og kompetanse – og i tillegg gå for en “Cloud First”-strategi i valg av IT-tjenester hvor de ikke skal knytte seg til kun én skyleverandør. Besvarelsen er skrevet av to studenter ved Institutt for datateknologi og informatikk ved NTNU. Studieprogrammet som bacheloroppgaven er relatert til er Informatikk, drift av datasystemer.

This bachelor’s thesis is written in cooperation with ATEA ASA in Trondheim, where we focus on possibilities surrounding “Multicloud”. This project will establish an IT infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and connect with one or more services from Google Cloud Platform. We base our project on the fictional company “Stålull & Sild”. They decided to remove all their IT infrastructure, operations and expertise, then use “Cloud First” strategy in choosing IT services where they will not associate themselves with only one Cloud provider. This bachelor’s thesis is related to the study program Information Technology with specialization in Network administration. It was written by two students at the Department of Computer Technology and Informatics, NTNU.
