Abstract
This report is the final delivery of my master thesis called ‘Furniture Design for Socialization’. The report has been written in the Autumn 2019 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), department of Product Design (IPD). My master thesis presents research, process and final results of my project. The process, applied in my master thesis, is a furniture design process including analysis, conceptualization, prototyping, and production. I have these phases to shape my own project. The report starts with theoretical facts about socialization and human behaviours in urban environment. The second chapter presents the inspiration source and further into the process and the results in the following chapters.
