This master's thesis is about modelling and simulation of "human folly" in decision making processes. What makes us humans act incorrect when we deep down know what is the right thing to do? The answer to this question is attempted found in the evolutionary psychology. Different evolved emotions, personality traits and action strategies are presented. These are used to populate a board. The members are assigned different personality traits, where someone becomes stereotypes while others more common. A model of the decision making process in the board, consisting of eleven board members, is developed and implemented in MATLAB. Simulations are run to evaluate the model.en
