Webløsning for sanntidskommunikasjon i nødsituasjoner

Abstract

I denne oppgaven er det utviklet et kommunikasjonssystem som er ment å brukes i nødsituasjoner. Mer spesifikt er systemet tenkt å brukes i skoler rundt om i landet. Tanken er at system skal kunne effektivisere koordineringen mellom administrasjon i skolen og brukerne i tilfellet det oppstår en nødsituasjon. Videre er det også tenkt at systemet skal gi administrasjonen bedre oversikt over statusen ute i skolen når nødstilfellet er ute. Løsningen bygger på en webapplikasjon som er todelt der man har et grensesnitt for lærere og et for administrasjonen. Løsningen skal være lett å ta å bruk og ikke kreve teknisk kompetanse for å tas i bruk. Den viktigste delen av systemet er kommunikasjonen mellom administrasjon og lærere. Det er denne kommunikasjonen som lar administrasjonen få et bedre overblikk over situasjonen. Den lar også lærerne motta meldinger fra administrasjonen i sanntid.

In this paper a communication system is designed with the intention to be used in emergency situations. More specifically, the system is intended to be used in schools around the country. The idea is that the system should be able to streamline the coordination between administration in the school and the users in case an emergency occurs. Furthermore, it is also thought that the system will give the administration a better overview of the status in the school when the emergency is happening. The solution is based on a web application that is twofold where one has an interface for teachers and one for the administration. The solution should be easy to use and not require technical expertise to be used. The most important part of the system is the communication between the administration and the teachers. It is this communication that allows the administration to get a better overview of the situation. It also allows teachers to receive real-time administration messages.
