dc.description.abstract | In this thesis you should find an optimal approach to index and retriev DNA sequences. As part of the task you should develop an algorithm that is fast, and accurate enough to find relevant sequences. The result will be evaluated based on speed, scalability and search efficiency (e.g. Precision and Recall).
