Agile development focus on in-person interaction and discourages the use ofdocuments. This has proven to be effective for knowledge-sharing within aproject team. However, agile teams tend to become isolated and it becomesdifficult to share knowledge and collaborate with other teams without losing theflexibility that agile teams require. This thesis explores how a software development company can implement viableknowledge-sharing initiatives without sacrificing their agility. Througha case study of a company that tries to overcome the challenge ofknowledge-sharing as the organisation grows, this thesis has identified twospecific types of problems related to knowledge-sharing between agile teams:introverted teams and diverging dialects. The outcome of this study isa list of possible knowledge-sharing initiatives and a suggestion for whichstage of organisational growth they should be used.nb_NO
