dc.description.abstract | This report describes an addition to the existing DIPS EHR-system using search as a mean for finding relevant information quickly. Customizable forms already exist, but these are prepared ahead of time. The two schemes of searching described here, free text search and specific search (searching only through certain documents), are generated on the fly for each specific situation. The search could either yield more accurate and complete information, or give equally useful information in less time or with less work, complement the traditional methods of information retrieval. Thus, search could be a useful addition to any EHR-system. | nb_NO |
