Procurement Capability Metrics Assessment and Improvement

Abstract

The project aim in this thesis is to analyze the metrics in the IPCM, and suggest new metrics. To be able to analyze and suggest new metrics I must study the state-of-the-art in software metrics, and do a survey on how companies do their ICT procurements. The basis in software metrics and the observations from the survey will be presented, and formed the foundation behind the presented analyses and suggestions.
