dc.description.abstract | Kann die Oberfläche von Edelstahl dazu beitragen, Fouling zu verhindern? Fouling, d.h. Proteinadsorption, in vielen Fällen gefolgt von Mineralablagerung, hat hohe Kosten u.a. in der Lebensmittelindustrie zur Folge. Ansätze aus der Oberflächenchemie können dabei helfen, Adsorptionsmechanismen zu verstehen. Mechanistisches Verständnis kann wiederum zur Entwicklung von Anti-Fouling-Strategien beitragen.
