dc.description.abstractThree smaller organizations of different sizes are being investigated in order to find out what promotes creativity in smaller organizations. A case study of an immature startup, a mature startup and an established company have been conducted. The theoretical framework used consists of three different levels of creativity; individual creativity, organizational creativity and the creative environment.
