Abstract
It is now quite common to use different types of image modalities such as ultrasound and MRI in the practise of medicine. However, the different modalities require experience and practice.

A study of the potential behind the idea of a mobile application was made

as a part of a master-thesis in the spring of 2015. The mobile application prototype, Nerve Blocker,

was nearly finished.

Later, in the fall, a pre-thesis project finished the application and evaluated its potential for covering other procedures. The project concluded that the application was not a good starting point for a generalized application, and suggested that a new web application would be a better solution.

The conclusion of the pre-thesis project has been evaluated and as suggested, the web application called Medical Imaging Interpretation Games has been developed. Through user testing, the application showed to be a promising tool for teaching different types of procedures using different image modalities.

A framework for adding content and creating solutions was also developed and implemented into the web application, making it possible to add new and remove existing content.
