Lønnsomhetsberegning i rotasjonstrykkeri – rammebetingelser og driftstid i Skandinavia

Abstract

NORSK: Oppdragsgivers ønske var å kartlegge muligheter, kostnader og konkurransesituasjon mot utlandet, og ulike retningslinjer rundt 3, 4 og femskiftsordning. I tillegg ønsket de å se på besparelser ved innkjøp av ny maskiner. Gruppen utvidet oppgaven med å undersøke norske rammebetingelser, lover og regler opp mot Sverige og Danmark. Dette ble gjennomført gjennom grundig research av Norprint, Color Print, og de lover og regler som finnes i Skandinavia. I tillegg til økonomiske beregninger basert på bedriftens tallmateriale. Gruppen skulle ikke utarbeide anbefalinger rundt resultatene, kun presentere hva de har kommet frem til i løpet av prosjektperioden. Gruppen ser i resultatene at konklusjonen i forhold til problemstillingen, vil si at det eksisterer forhold i Norge som hemmer konkurransesituasjonen mot utlandet, men at forholdene nå er bedret betraktelig etter at mulighet for femskiftsordning ble innført.

ENGELSK: Our Employer wanted to make a survey about the possibilities, expenses and the competition they face, and the different guidelines around 3, 4 and 5 shift against the other Nordic countries in addition they wanted to see what the cost-savings would be if they bought new machinery. The group expanded the assignment to also include research around Norwegian framework conditions, the Norwegian law and collective agreement up against Sweden and Denmark. This was properly conducting through research of Norprint, Color print and the laws and rules they stand up against in Scandinavia. In addition to this we looked at the economic calculation based on the numeric material we got from Norprint. The group can see in the result that the frame work in Norway can have a restrictive effect on the production against other countries abroad. But the group can also see that the conditions are much better now that Norprint is allowed to work 5 shifts.
