Abstract

NORSK: BoligHandel1 sin virksomhet handler om å selge boliger uten bruk av eiendomsmegler. De forskjellige produktene strekker seg fra enkel hjelp med kontrakt og oppgjør, til full pakke som inkluderer annonsering, visning, salg og alt kjøp/salg av bolig vil inneholde. BoligHandel1 bruker i dag en blanding av sin egen hjemmeside, finn.no og QXL.no i sin virksomhet. Hvor QXL.no brukes til auksjonene. Oppgaven går ut på å utvikle en solig og teknisk nyvinnende løsning for budgivning på eiendom. Løsningen vil innebære en webside som skal kunne fungere tilsvarende som den de benytter seg av i dag, men i tillegg skal det være mulighet for kjøp og salg av eiendom. Kjernen i oppgaven blir å implementere selve presentasjonen og auksjonen rundt eiendommen i denne løsningen, slik at bruk av QXL.no er unødvendig.

ENGELSK: BoligHandel1’s goal is to sell real estate without the use of a real estate broker. Their products covers aspects ranging from help with contracts and final payment to full professional help with everything from showing the object to the final dealings. Today BoligHandel1 uses a mix of their own website, finn.no and qxl.no for their business. Where qxl.no is the site where auctions are held. Our assignment is to develop a solid and innovative solution for buying and selling real estates. The solution will involve a website which will work in the same fashion as the one they are using today, but with the possibility for dealing in real estates. The main part of our assignment will be to implement the presentation and the auction part for real estate in this solution, so that BoligHandel1 no longer will have to use QXL.no for the auctions.
