Abstract

Med Aker Solutions nye kontrakt, trenger Innherred flere folk. Innherred Næringsforening og Verdal kommune har startet et samarbeid for å skape tilflytting til regionen. Bacheloroppgaven prøver å finne ut av hva Innherred Næringsforening og Verdal kommune gjør for å skape bolyst og tilflytting, slik at flere vil flytte til og arbeide i regionen. Næringsforeningen har greid å identifisere hva som gjør en bygd attraktiv, Å ha noe å leve av, noe å leve i, og noe å leve for. Innherred Næringsforening har seminarer for å lære om hva som skal til for å få folk til å flytte tilbake, og om hvordan bedriftene kan jobbe for å ikke miste folk, mens næringslivet satser mer på seminarer for å trekke folk, jobber Verdal kommune mer med omdømmebygging med å produsere gode tjenester til innbyggerne sine.
