dc.description.abstract | Denne oppgaven undersøker hvordan det narratologiske virkemiddelet voice-over benyttes i serien Euphoria (Levinson 2019-). Hypotesen er hvordan fungerer voice-over i HBO serien Euphoria? Denne analysen vil over tre deler definere hva narratologi er, deretter vil virkemiddelet voice-over bli belyst ved hjelp av ulike teorier og til slutt hvordan dette virkemiddelet benyttes i den aktuelle serien. Gjennom disse tre delene er målet å få et svar på hypotesen. Det hovedsakelige argumentet er at protagonisten i serien står i en delt posisjon. | |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines how the voice-over within narratology is used in the series Euphoria (Levinson 2019-). This study hypothesize how voice-over as a tool is applied in the HBO hit series Euphoria? This analysis will be over three parts; narratology as a term will be defined in its chapter; the description of several theorists highlights the means of voice-over; and lastly, how this term is used in the series in question. Through these tree parts, the thesis aims to answer the hypothesis. Overall, the argument is that the protagonist in the series is in a divided position. | |
