Trommeproduksjon i moderne pop: En musikalsk utforskning av å finne rett sound

Abstract

I min bacheloroppgave har jeg dykket ned i verdenen av trommeproduksjon. Gjennom et tett samarbeid med en artist og en kollega i et konkret artistprosjekt, har jeg aktivt eksperimentert med forskjellige teknikker og tilnærminger til å produsere trommer. Målet har vært å finne den ideelle kombinasjonen av trommelyder og -stiler som ikke bare utfyller, men også forsterker artistens låter og uttrykk. Denne utforskningen har involvert å utfordre og utforske ulike aspekter av trommeproduksjon for å oppnå en særegen og ønsket musikalsk sound.

In my bachelor's thesis, I have delved into the world of drum production. Through close collaboration with an artist and a colleague in a specific artist project, I have actively experimented with various techniques and approaches to drum production. The goal has been to find the ideal combination of drum sounds and styles that not only complement but also enhance the artist's songs and expression. This exploration has involved challenging and exploring different aspects of drum production to achieve a distinct and desired musical sound.
