Forebygging av seksuelle overgrep

Abstract

Denne oppgaven handler om seksuelle overgrep. Oppgaven drøfter hvordan en barnevernspedagogs relasjonsarbeid kan være med å forebygge og avdekke seksuelle overgrep. Metoden som er brukt er litteraturstudie. Ved bruk av søkemotorer som «google», «Oria» og «Idunn» har jeg hentet inn nyttig og relevant teori, samt forskning på feltet. Datamaterialet ble innhentet med et kildekritisk blikk. Problemstillingen er drøftet i lys av tilknytningsteori, det norske lovverket og teori knyttet til forebygging av avdekking av seksuelle overgrep. Problemstillingen drøftes også opp mot forsking på feltet. Gjennom diskusjon tas det opp momenter som støtter og svekker problemstillingen. Oppgavens drøftelse peker på kompleksiteten knyttet til relasjonsarbeidet og forebyggingsarbeidet. Til slutt har oppgaven en avslutning/konklusjon.

This assignment is about sexual abuse. The thesis discusses how a child protection officer`s relational work can be part of preventing and uncovering sexual abuse. The method used is literature study. By using search engines such as “google”, “Oria” and “Idunn”, I gathered useful and relevant theory and research in the field. The data material was obtained at a source-critical glance. The issue has been discussed considering Norwegian legislation, attachment psychology and theory linked to prevention-and uncovering of sexual abuse. The issue is also discussed in light of research in the field. The discussion will bring up elements that supports and weakens the thesis. The assignments discussion indicates the complexity linked to the relational- and preventive work. At the end of the assignment there will be a conclusion.
