Forvaltningen og bevaringen av immateriell kulturarv på Ringve musikkmuseum

Abstract

Denne oppgaven handler om forvaltningen av den immaterielle kulturarven og hva museene gjør for å bevare den, samt formidle den. Museet som oppgaven tar utgangspunkt i er Ringve musikkmuseum, som ligger på Ladehalvøya i Trondheim. Oppgaven utforsker kulturarv og ser på hva immateriell kulturarv er og betyr for mange, samt hvordan forvaltningen påvirker arbeidsdagen for museumsansatte. Blant annet ser oppgaven på forvaltningens fokus på mangfold igjennom en utstilling av instrumentet langeleik.

This paper is about the management of the intangible cultural heritage and what the museums do to preserve it, as well as convey it. The museum from which the paper is based is Ringve music museum, which is located on Ladehalvøya in Trondheim. The assignment explores cultural heritage and looks at what intangible cultural heritage is and means to many, as well as how managing it affects the working day for museum employees. Among other things, this paper looks at the management’s focus on diversity through an exhibition of the instrument langeleik.
