Lønnsomhetsanalyse Sabrura Drift AS

Abstract

I denne bacheloroppgaven har vi gjennomført en lønnsomhetsanalyse av Sabrura Drift AS i perioden 2017-2021. All regnskapsinformasjon vi har brukt for å besvare vår problemstilling er basert på offentlige regnskapstall hentet fra proff.no. I tillegg til regnskapsanalysen har vi valgt å gjennomføre en benchmark der vi sammenligner lønnsomheten til Sabrura Drift med Kompis Norge for perioden 2017-2021.

Vi var tidlig i prosessen i kontakt med Sabrura for å høre om de kunne være interessert i et intervju, men på grunn av stor pågang i selskapet, hadde de dessverre ikke kapasitet nok til å avse tid og ressurser.

I første del av oppgaven vil vi presentere informasjon om Sabrura Drift AS samt vår problemstilling. Videre vil vi gjennomgå teorien vi har brukt for å besvare problemstillingen, for så å diskutere hvordan vi metodisk har gått frem. I analysedelen har vi brukt informasjonen vi presenterte i teoridelen for så å regne ut nøkkeltallene og sammenligne disse for perioden 2017-2021. Her har vi også valgt å sammenligne lønnsomhetstallene med Kompis Norge AS for samme periode gjennom en benchmark.

Avslutningsvis har vi konkludert med hvordan lønnsomhetsutviklingen til Sabrura Drift har vært i perioden 2017-2021. Her har vi knyttet funnene våre i regnskapsanalysen med funnene gjennom vår benchmark. Sabrura Drift AS kan vise til svært gode regnskapstall og nøkkeltall gjennom hele perioden. Av de gode nøkkeltallene er det spesielt totalkapitalrentabiliteten som skiller seg ut i 2018, mye på grunn av de svært høye finansinntektene dette året. Vi konkluderer med at Sabrura Drift har hatt en svært god lønnsomhetsutvikling i perioden 2017-2021, og da spesielt i 2018.

We have conducted a profitability analysis of Sabrura Drift AS in the period of 2017-2021. All the accounting information we have used to answer the research question is based on publicly available accounting figures obtained from proff.no. In addition to the accounting analysis, we have also carried out a benchmark where we compare the profitability of Sabrura Drift with Kompis Norge AS for the period 2017-2021.

We were in contact with Sabrura early in the process to hear if they were interested in participating in an interview with us. Unfortunately, due to low capacity, they expressed that they did not have the time and resources to accommodate our request.

In the first part of the thesis, we will present information about Sabrura Drift AS as well as our research question. Furthermore, we will review the theory that we have used to answer the problem, and then we discuss how we have proceeded methodically. In the analysis part, we have used the information we presented in the theory part to then calculate the financial key figures and compare them for the period 2017-2021. Here, we have also chosen to compare the profitability figures with Kompis Norge AS for the same period through a benchmark.

In the conclusion part, we have concluded and commented on how the profitability development of Sabrura Drift has been in the period 2017-2021. Here we have linked our findings in the accounting analysis with the findings through our benchmark. Sabrura Drift AS has good accounting figures and financial key figures throughout the period. The Return on Investment stands out in 2018, largely due to the very high financial income this year. We conclude that Sabrura Drift AS has had a very good profitability development in the period 2017-2021, and especially in 2018.
