Organisasjonsmessige konsekvenser av kunstig intelligens innovasjoner i regnskapsbransjen - en case studie.

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven har kunstig intelligens i regnskapsbransjen som hovedtema. Studien baserer seg på kvalitativ undersøkelse ved bruk av dybdeintervjuer fra sju informanter hos Azets Insight Gjøvik. Formålet med studien er å etablere innsikt i hvilke konsekvenser implementering av kunstig intelligens i regnskapsbransjen gir, sett i lys av relevant faglitteratur og forskning.

Teorigrunnlaget er basert på vitenskapelige artikler som har sett på hvordan KI innføres i regnskapsbransjen, samt relevant teori tilknyttet til problemstillingen. I kapitelet analyse og drøfting blir empirien fra intervjuene knyttet opp mot det teoretiske grunnlaget.

Funnene i studien tilsier at Azets Insight Gjøvik har erfart positive konsekvenser som følge av kunstig intelligens. Kunstig intelligens i organisasjonen førte til endringer i arbeidsoppgaver, som bidro til kunnskapsdeling på tvers av fagområder, og la til rette for økt samspill i organisasjonen.

This bachelor thesis has artificial intelligence in the accounting industry as its main theme. The study is based on a qualitative study using in-depth interviews from seven informants at Azets Insight Gjøvik. The purpose of the study is to establish insight into the consequences of implementing artificial intelligence in the accounting industry, seen in the light of relevant literature and research.

The theoretical part is based on scientific articles that have looked at how AI is introduced in the accounting industry, as well as relevant theory related to the thesis question. In the chapter analysis and discussion, the empirical data from the interviews are linked to the theoretical part.

The findings of the study indicate that Azets Insight Gjøvik has experienced positive consequences as a result of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence in the organization led to changes in work tasks, which contributed to knowledge sharing across disciplines, and facilitated increased interaction in the organization.
