Motivation is repeated in several of the studies. The studies also show that patients with schizophrenia have a lack of knowledge about physical activity. Several of the informants in the various studies stated the importance of the social aspect in order to maintain the level of physical activity. Conclusion: By helping patients to find inner motivation, the chances are greater that the change will last.
