Tiltak for en mer bærekraftig verdikjede

Abstract

Denne oppgaven har tatt for seg hvordan en bedrift som produserer hydrauliskutstyr kan oppnå en mer bærekraftig verdikjede. Servi holder nå på å legge om sin strategiplan for å være ledende innen bærekraft i sin bransje, og kunne bruke det som konkurransefortrinn. Det ble på grunnlag av dette innledet et samarbeid med hensikt om å finne forbedringspotensialer for bærekraft i verdikjeden.

Det er i denne rapporten anvendt teoristudier for å definere bærekraft på en god måte, og det er i stor grad anvendt teori for å finne forbedringer. Ut ifra teori og informasjon fra Servi kommer det frem at de har et stort lager, noe som blir ansett som sløsing, og kan føre til at deler blir utdatert under lagring.

Videre er det lagt vekt på hvordan innkjøp og en CoC kan føre til mer bærekraftige anskaffelser. Det er også sett på hvordan samarbeid med leverandør kan fremme bærekraft og innovasjon.

Avslutningsvis blir det sett på konkrete tiltak for å kunne bedre bærekraften i verdikjeden.

This report is an in-depth study on a production company that produces hydraulic equipment and how they can achieve a more sustainable supply chain. Servi is now in the process of adjusting their strategic plan to be leading in sustainability within their industry, and be able to use it as a competitive advantage. It is on this basis that the collaboration was established with the intention of finding potential for improvement of sustainability in the supply chain.

In this report, it is applied theorist to define sustainability in a good way, and theorist have also been applied to find potential for improvement. On the basis of the theory and information received from Servi it comes out that they have a large storage, which is considered waste, and can lead to parts getting outdated under storage.

Furthermore, it is emphasized on how procurement and a CoC can lead to more sustainable procurements. It is also focused how a collaboration with a supplier can promote sustainability and innovation.

Lastly there are concrete measures on how to improve the sustainability in the supply chain.
