Relasjonsarbeid - som omsorgsresurs på institusjon

Abstract

Barnevernsarbeid har et sterkt fokus på gode forhold for omsorg. Institusjoner er ett av tiltakene barnevernet rår over, og omsorgsarbeid er spesielt viktig her. Relasjonsarbeid er en del av det å arbeide med miljøarbeid på institusjon i Norge. Både relasjonsarbeid og miljøarbeid har nær tilknytning til begrepene tillit, respekt, anerkjennelse og kjærlighet. Detter er relevant å se på i sammenheng med utøvelsen av omsorgsarbeid på institusjon. Ungdommen fra institusjonene spiller en stor rolle i relasjonsarbeidet, da det er ungdommen som er i fokus. I denne oppgaven har jeg valgt å se dypere på det å legge til rette for god omsorg gjennom relasjonsarbeid.

Child welfare work has a strong focus on good conditions for care. Institutions are one of the measures the child welfare service has at its disposal, and care work is especially important here. Relation development is part of working with environmental work at an institution in Norway. Both relation development and environmental work are closely related to the concepts of trust, respect, recognition, and love. This is relevant to look at in connection with the practice of care work at an institution. The young people from the institutions play a significant role in the relation development, this is due to the fact that young people are the main focus. In this thesis, I have chosen to look more deeply at facilitating good care through relation development.
