Lønnsomhetsanalyse av Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr Trondheim AS

Abstract

Gjennom denne semesteroppgaven har vi gjennomført en lønnsomhetsanalyse av Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr avd. Trondheim i perioden 2017-2020. Lønnsomhetsanalysen tar primært utgangspunkt i nøkkeltall som representerer bedriftens økonomiske utvikling. Nøkkeltallene er basert på likviditet, finansiering, soliditet og lønnsomhet. Disse tallene har videre blitt støttet opp gjennom en strategisk analyse med utgangspunkt i PESTEL.

Oppgaven starter innledningsvis med bakgrunnen for hvorfor vi har valgt Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr, videre vil vi gi en kortfattet presentasjon av bedriften, før innledningen blir avsluttet med en sammenfattet beskrivelse av oppgavens videre struktur.

Etter innledningen vil vi vise til den teoretiske tilnærmingen, og etterfulgt av det teoretiske vil vi vise til den metodiske tilnærmingen. I den metodiske tilnærmingen blir det presentert hvor vi har hentet våre kvalitative og kvantitative data, før vi gir det en vurdering av hvor valide og reliable vår data er. Videre i oppgaven følger den analytiske delen, her vil vi anvende teorien gitt tidligere i oppgaven, og følgelig analysere de funn vi gjør med bakgrunn i våre kvalitative og kvantitative data. En triangulering av dataene vil gi et helhetlig bilde av bedriftens økonomiske situasjon, hvilket videre blir supplert med en strategisk tilnærming.

Det vil avslutningsvis bli presentert en konklusjon med bakgrunn i de funn vi har kommet frem til i oppgaven. Her vil vi gi en utfyllende besvarelse av problemstillingen, hvilket vil vise til at lønnsomheten til Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr avd. Trondheim er tilfredsstillende og i en betydelig vekst. Dette viser seg særlig gjennom nøkkeltallene presentert i analysedelen.

Through this bachelor assignment, we have conducted a profitability analysis of Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr in Trondheim in the period 2017-2020. The profitability analysis is primarily based on key financial figures that represent the company's financial development. The key financial figures are primarily based on liquidity, financing, solvency and profitability. These figures have also been supported through a strategic analysis based on PESTEL.

The assignment begins initially with the background for why we have chosen Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr, further we will give a brief presentation of the company, before the introduction ends with a description of the assignments further structure.

After the introduction, we will refer to the theoretical approach, and followed by the theoretical, we will refer to the methodological approach. In the methodological approach, it is presented where we have obtained our qualitative and quantitative data, and further an assessment is given of how valid and reliable our data is. Further in the thesis follows the analytical part, here we will apply the theory given earlier in the thesis, and consequently analyze the findings we make based on our qualitative and quantitative data. A triangulation of the data will provide a comprehensive picture of the company's financial situation, which will be supplemented with a strategic approach.

Finally, based on the findings we have derived in the assignment we present a comprehensive answer to the problem, which will indicate that the profitability of Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr is satisfactory and in a significant growth. This is particularly evident through the key financial figures presented in the analysis section.
