dc.description.abstract | In this thesis I present the process of producing an hour long cyclic album using adaptive
processing techniques. For this purpose I developed an analyzer and mapping plugin in
Max for Live, Adalyze. A cyclic album is in this context an album that is streaming in a
loop on my website www.adahoel.com. The music expresses a personal experience using
seasons as metaphors for phases of a real life process.
