Abstract
Yeast-derived amphiboles have attracted considerable attention for their applications in various industrial sectors. However, only a few studies on this class of surfactant have been reported to be relevant to mineral processing applications. In this paper, one of the novel surfactants, acidic glucolipid obtained from Candida bombicola sophorolipids and modified by using Penecillium decumbens naringnase ssubstrate has been evaluated for its interaction with chalcocite and calcite minerals.
