Abstract

Tittel: Stomi og mestring Hensikt: Hensikten med oppgaven er å belyse hvordan sykepleier gjennom veiledning kan bidra til at pasienter mestrer sin stomi etter en stomioperasjon. Problemstilling: Hvordan kan sykepleier, gjennom veiledning, bidra til at pasienter kan mestre sin stomi? Metode: Oppgaven er en litteraturstudie. Det er søkt i databasene Cinahl, Medline og SveMed+. Resultat: Forskningsartiklene som er benyttet i oppgaven belyser pasientenes erfaringer av informasjonen og veiledningen av stomi som ble gitt på sykehus og hvilke sykepleietiltak som kan bidra til at pasienten kan mestre sin stomi. Konklusjon: Veiledning og undervisning om stomistell, inkludering av pårørende i veiledningen om stomi på sykehus, legge til rette for gruppeundervisning og la erfaren person med stomi bidra i undervisning, samt oppfølging via telefon av stomipasienten etter utskrivelse, ser ut til å være sykepleietiltak som kan bidra til at pasienten mestrer sin stomi. Title: Ostomy and coping Purpose: The purpose of the assignment is to elucidate how nursing through guidance can help patients master their ostomy after an ostomy operation. Issues: How can a nurse, through counseling, help patients master their ostomy? Method: The thesis is a literature study. The databases Cinahl, Medline and SveMed + have been searched.
