Et grønt skifte av distribusjonsmodellen fra fossile biler til elbiler: En casestudie for Innlandet distribusjon.

Abstract

Bakgrunn: Bakgrunnen for oppgaven er Innlandet distribusjon sitt ønske om å endre distribusjonen fra å benytte ansatte med egne biler, til innkjøp av egen bilpark med elektriske biler. Hensikt: Hensikten med oppgaven er å finne ut om det er lønnsomt for Innlandet Distribusjon å endre distribusjonsmodell fra fossile- til elektriske biler. Med bakgrunn i dette er følgende problemstilling blitt utarbeidet:“Hvordan kan endring av distribusjonsmodell fra fossil til elektrisk være lønnsomt for Innlandet distribusjon?“. Metode: Datagrunnlaget har vært en blanding av kvantitative og kvalitative data. Kvantitative data i form av spørreundersøkelse og økonomisk informasjon om inntekter og kostnader. Kvalitative data i form av intervjuer av nøkkelpersoner og uformelle intervjuer med oppdragsgiver. Under litteratursøk har søkeord som: “Sustainable”, “distribution” og “elbil” blitt benyttet. Resultat: Funnene viste at det var store økonomiske forskjeller på kjøp og leasing av fossile- og elektriske biler. Analysen av de kvalitative og kvantitative dataene har ført oppgaven nærmere en konklusjon. I denne delen har det også blitt drøftet hvordan et grønt skifte vil påvirke Innlandet distribusjon. Konklusjon: På bakgrunn av diskusjonen og kontantstrømmene vi har utarbeidet, konkluderer oppgaven med at endringene fører til mange fordeler for bedriften. Det beste investeringsalternativet vil være en leasingavtale over 5 år.

Background: The background for this bachelor thesis is Innlandet distribusjons’s wish to change their distribution model from paying the drivers for using their own cars, to purchasing their own fleet of electrical cars. Purpose: The purpose for the thesis is to find out if it´s profitable for Innlandet distribusjon to change the distributions model from fossil fuel cars to electrical cars. Based on this, the issue is “How can a change in the distribution model from fossil to electrical be profitable for Innlandet distribusjon” Method: This part of the thesis has collected both qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data in form of our survey, and economical information about income and costs. Qualitative data in form of interviewing key persons, and informal interviews with the client. During litterature search, keywords such as: “Sustainable”, “distribution” and “electrical cars” have been used. Results: The findings in the results showed us that it was in fact considerable differences between buying and leasing the fossil- and electrical cars. The analysis of the qualitative and quantitative material has led the task closer to a conclusion. In this section, it has also been discussed how a green shift will affect Innlandet distribusjon. Conclusion: Based on both the economical analysis and the results we got in the discussion part, our conclusion is that a change will bring several benefits to the company. The best investment is a 5-year leasing agreement of the cars
