dc.description.abstract | AVO sensitivity analysis was performed on Mancos Shale data to study the effect of stress and saturation on shale reservoirs. All the data was collected for seismic and ultrasonic frequencies and dispersion seem to be an important factor to account for. The results showed sensitivity at high angles to saturation and frequency. Minor influence on stress and cracks were observed except of that of higher saturations and far angles. | en |
