dc.description.abstract | By evaluating the available inflow control equipment, results show that completing the well with a constant inflow cross-section area for every screen section along the horizontal well gives great results regarding increased recovery and economic gain. Depending on how long the well is to be in production, the net present value (NPV) for the different cases varies, but the NPV calculations presented in this thesis give the basis needed to make a decision to which NICD design is the most appropriate for West Cable. | en |
