Abstract
The main objective of this thesis is to study and understand the current reliability management system in the subway sector. The study focuses on explanations of process. Furthermore, based on the analysis results, the limitations of current system are discovered and a new reliability management system, life-monitoring based RAM management system which can overcome the limitations, is brought up and tested in a real case.
