| dc.description.abstract | Denne oppgaven analyserer norske myndigheters begrunnelser for mineralutvinning. Dette er en politisk historisk studie av regjering, Storting, fagmiljøer, og opposisjonspartier syn på norsk mineralpolitikk. Med mineraler menes blant annet oljeutvinning, gruvedrift på land og utvinning av havbunnsmineraler. Gjennom dokumentanalyse av offentlige tekster skal flere kilder undersøkes for å finne ut hvordan norske myndigheters begrunnelser for mineralutvinning fra 1970-tallet og til 2024 har endret seg eller ikke. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis analyses the Norwegian government's justifications for mineral extraction. This is a political historical study of cabinet, Storting, experts and opposition parties view on Norwegian mineral policy. Minerals in this context are oil extraction, mining on land and deep sea mining. Trough document analysis of public texts, several sources will be examined to find out how the Norwegian government's justifications for mineral extraction from the 1970s to 2024 has changed or not. | |
