Norges handelsstrategiske interesser ovanfor handel med Sovjetsamveldet: 1946-1956

Abstract

Artikkelen foretar en analyse av Norges handelsstatestikk stilt opp mot diskusjoner i Stortinget og den utvidede Utenriks- og konstitusjonskomite. Den prøver å finne svar på Regjeringen sin interesse for å drive handel med Sovjetsamveldet i lys av den pågående valutasituasjonen Norge stod ovenfor mellom 1946 til 1956.

The article undertakes an analysis of Norway's trade statistics compared to discussions in the Storting and the extended Foreign Affairs and Constitution Committee. It tries to find an answer to why the Norwegian Government's interest in conducting trade with the Soviet Union in light of the ongoing currency situation Norway faced between 1946 and 1956.
